Terms & Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 per person will be taken when your Reservation has been made and then confirmed to you by email or post with the balance due 4 weeks prior to travel.

Payment can be made by most recognised credit/debit cards (except American Express or Diners.)

Cancellation Terms

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a contract between us and yourselves. If for any reason a reservation is cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival, a charge equivalent to the value of the service booked will be charged if the service remains unsold.

Travel Insurance may be taken out to guard against this and is available from your local broker.

A cancellation charge of £50.00 per person, or 10 percent of the total amount due for accommodation (whichever is the greater) is applicable to all online bookings cancelled.
